WINE SHIPMENT

We currently ship to all US states except: ND, NH, UT, MS, SD, KY


Little Victory cannot deliver wine products to these states or to addresses outside of the United States at this time.


ALL WINE ORDERS REQUIRE AN ADULT SIGNATURE AND A VALID ID MUST BE PRESENT UPON CARRIER DELIVERY.

SHIPPING PROCEDURES

Online orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible Monday - Friday upon pending item availability. Orders will not be processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. 
Our primary shipping carrier is UPS, and listed delivery costs are real-time carrier-calculated rates. Tracking information will be sent upon shipment. 
Once Little Victory Wine Market has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, the customer will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. Little Victory is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office to remedy any issues.
Wine will be shipped using UPS’s Delivery Confirmation Adult Signature Required service. A valid 21+ ID is required. UPS will make three delivery attempts before sending the package back to Little Victory. The customer will be responsible for any costs required to re-ship an order.
